Partners The principal partner Shri Chakrapani S Raghavan a machine builder and Tool Maker with extensive work experience overseas and in India in the field of Injection Moulding and precision die making, is a businessman in India in the field of heavy machinery for sheet metal forming, metal cutting, plastic forming and semi-conductor applications.
K Hirayama is Senior Partner, based out of Nara, Japan, with immense experience in the machine tools and precision equipment business. Hirayama San brings in his vast network of contacts in Japan and his keen understanding of machinery and manufacturing methods to help source and construct appropriate solutions for our clients.
Shri Ramesh Raghavan a US national of Indian origin located in India, brings in a wealth of overseas experience with focus on office automation and computers application for business activities.
Smt. Srividya Ravi a patent specialist and Pharmacist supports the Human Resources policies and implementation.
Purpose This company is set up with the purpose of offering after sales services to include installation, commissioning, set-up , training of operating personnel for machinery supplied by manufacturers from overseas and domestic locations. To accept and fulfill annual maintenance programs, preventive and shut down maintenance services for contracted machinery and equipment.

Locations The personnel in the posts of "Service Engineers" will be appointed and placed in different cities over a period of time to include manufacturing centers in India namely, New Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru and Chennai. Support services for communication, documentation and historical data maintenance will be done from offices set up for the purpose under supervision of Service engineers.
